Ruixing He is from Hefei, China. He received his M.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2017. From Sep. 2017, He is a Ph.D. student at University of Minnesota. His research interests include innovative mm-wave and THz integrated circuit and system designs.
